1.Delivery Options

We offer free local pickup at our warehouses and showrooms in the U.S. and Canada. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.

We offer shipping across the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and the size, weight, and quantity of the items in your order.
-Shipping MethodοΌ
We use third-party shipping carriers including USPS, FedEx, and Freight companies (for oversized or heavy items).
Note: Orders that violate the carrier's shipping restrictions may be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Standard deliveries will be made to the curbside or driveway. Shipping does not include unpacking, installation, or carrying items into the building.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
Orders containing oversized or heavy items may require freight shipping, which typically takes 7-10 business days for processing.
3. Freight Shipments
Oversized or bulky products will be shipped via freight carriers.
These deliveries are curbside only and may require the customer to be present at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
Additional fees or limitations may apply to remote or rural areas.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be delivered due to carrier restrictions.
5. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
We do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the package and item(s) when reporting damage
- We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
Leap Sports Fitness is not responsible for:
- Delays due to weather, carrier errors, or customs inspections
- Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received
