- Domestic Shipping
We offer domestic shipping across Canada and USA. The shipping costs will be flat rates and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that our delivery team is responsible for deliveries within 150 miles range from our warehouse.
For places more than 150 miles away from our warehouse, we rely on third party shipping vendors (USPS, FedEx and Freight Shipping Vendors) for the delivery. The delivery will not be guaranteed successful if the package violates shipping vendors' policies in which case a full refund will be issued.
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. Oversized items will be shipped via a third-party freight company due to weight and size restrictions from the shipping vendors. Normally the processing time of freight shipping will take 7-10 business days.
